Tom’s Cottage is a traditional and very pretty cottage situated in the conservation area of Heacham. It overlooks a private village green and the church, and there is a small garden to the rear. Heacham is the perfect base, away from the bustle of the main coast roads and villages, but only a few minutes' drive from the North Norfolk beaches. Heacham is well served with all amenities including pubs, shops, fish and chips, and of course the beach and the amazing sunsets are only a 20 minute walk.

There is a right of way through to the neighbouring cottage for taking out the bins.

Please note: The stairs are Norfolk Winders. As with older character cottages, they are enclosed, steep, curved and narrow. Here they are carpeted with a solid hand rail on one side.
